Dr. Daniel Amen is one of the world’s leading experts on the brain health. Dr. Amen states, the more weight we put on the smaller the brain size decreases and appears to age.  Dr. Amen also emphasized the importance of getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.  When you get less than 6 hours of sleep each night, you have less blood flow to the brain.  Which leads you to more bad decisions.
