Dumbbell Bicep Curl - Biceps Exercise

This exercise is the Dumbbell Biceps Curl.  It can be executed either standing or seated.  You can reduce hazardous body english (rocking) with the seated version of the exercise.  The dumbbell curl is one of the better exercises for devveloping the biceps and other elbow-flexor muscles.  The seated position prevents you from throwing your hips forward to start the movement.  In order to get maximum effectiveness and safety do the exercise with strict form in a slow and controlled manner.

Dumbbell Bicep Curl - Biceps Exercise

Begin with arms at side, sit or stand, elbow straight, palm up, weight in hand.

Bend elbow upward.
