The Back is one of the most beautiful and powerful muscle groups of the body. It is also often neglected in strength training routines. Ladies often bypass the back for exercises focusing on the abdominals (abs), legs or hips. Some guys like to focus on the muscles that they see in the mirror, like the chest and biceps. That would be a mistake. You want to create the most symmetrical body as possible. A sleek back is a key component to gaining that symmetrical body and critical for maintain proper body balance and posture.
DB Bent Over Row - Back Exercise

START POSITION: Keeping spine in neutral position, bend hips and knee slightly into partial squat position. Retract shoulder blades.
DB Bent Over Row - Back Exercise
MOVEMENT: Maintaining that position, pull DB up and in to just under rib cage. Slowly return to start position.
